Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Production and delivery time

Every plate is handcrafted to order. Production is completed and your order dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown before you complete payment.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will be able to track its progress through the stages shown on our order tracking panel: order confirmed, in production, dispatched, and delivered.

5. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

6. Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
